If for ANY reason you decide to return your purchase - simply contact us within 48 hours of receival date to discuss and we shall organise courier collection of the machine as well as full and immediate purchase refund. 

 

 General Warranty
All products featured on this website are covered by our 12 month warranty depending on item.

The warranty covers manufacturer’s defects, but excludes consumable parts or any damage caused by operator negligence or misuse.

Once we have received the faulty item we are  at liberty to either repair, replace or offer refund depending on stock levels.

 

Damaged in transit  

In the unlikely event your machine is damaged during delivery we have also got you covered.

Refund or replacement may be issued if the item is damaged in transit.

Please email us within 48 hours of receiving the item to discuss. The item must be returned unused within 7 days in its original packaging. Depending on stock levels, a refund or replacement will be issued once we have received the returned item.

 

Limited Liability
Auscount accepts no liability for financial compensation due to any possible error in machine calculation. The onus is on the purchaser to conduct regular checks of machine accuracy during normal course of operation. AusCount accepts no liability for any injury or compensation claims arising from any persons using or handling any of our machines.
